PART 3 EXECUTION
3.1 EXAMINATION
A. Verify that piping and wiring are installed and in the right location.
3.2 PREPARATION
A. Install carriers and hangers for wall-mounted fixtures in walls before wall surface is completed.
3.3 INSTALLATION
A. Install fixtures and fittings in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
B. Install fixtures plumb and level.
NOTE ** Delete one of the following 2 paragraphs. The first paragraph is the preferred method. Relying on the plumbing code and ADA may result in the mounting of some fixtures at heights that are unnecessary.

NOTE ** If showing the heights on the drawings is not convenient, either make a list here of all mounting heights or specify the mounting height under each wall-mounted fixture.
C. Install fixtures and fittings at heights indicated on drawings.
D. Install fixtures and fittings at heights required by ADA and applicable plumbing code.
E. Anchor water closets to floor with screws or bolts.
F. Install piping connections as specified in Section 15145.
G. Seal fixtures to walls and floors with sealant specified in Section 07900.
3.4 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING
A. Adjust water flow rates to comply with manufacturer's rating of the fixture.
B. Clean fixtures of labels, dirt, and construction debris.
